The waiver won't keep anyone from believing the window cleaner
was incompetent.
Also - ironically enough - a little forensic work on
the part of the builder could prove that the damage occurred when the
glass was cleaned.
At that point you'll try to convince them them that
fabricating debris is a quality issue - but they are probably going to think
you're still just trying to BS your way out of
trouble.
